The V3 wardrobe. Right now it can do anything that the V1 wardrobe can do, outside of using drawers. Hopefully right now searching is fast enough that you can make due without them, but I am adding some kind of sorting feature in soon, hopefully.

Sorry to be a bother but for clarification - will the V3 Wardrobe use Firefox? Not sure if that was what you meant, I can be a dunce sometimes.
The V3 Wardrobe supports all browsers.
The old wardrobe, the one that you get to when you click on wardrobe in the menu bar, will stop being supported by Chrome and Firefox in the coming days. They're removing the method that we use to fetch information, and so we have to move quickly to get people switched to the new wardrobe. :)

will the Beta wardrobe still work after Chrome and Firefox make their changes? If so, can you change the link in the dropdown menu to the Beta at that point? :D
Many thanks for your answer - guess my HA will be a dirty girl until she can browse in her drawers for something to wear unless maybe I might be able to look on the old wardrobe to see what I've placed where and then dress her in V3, LOL!
Gah, now we have so many wardrobes.
V1 - The current wardrobe on the site, the very old wardrobe that has seen us through a weird iframe'd vision of Subeta since the "rewrite". It was the first completed piece! V2 - The current "beta" wardrobe. It was actually removed from being linked today, because it's generally been crappy and doesn't work very well. V3 - The new, fancy wardrobe. It also sits outside of the layout (but not for long) but is built on top of reactJS which Facebook uses. This is already more stable than the V2/Beta wardrobe and will be what we push going forward.

oh my. Ok. Well, I had been using the Beta, V2. I'll switch over full-time to the V3 then! Thanks for the info.
No problem! React has made it so easy to implement features on top of what is there, and get all of the things that we expect into the wardrobe.

~ I am not staff, but the wardrobe has been talked about a lot in the site update ping by Keith as well as on twitter.
ETA: I see your question got answered before I could reply. Glad you got your answer.

Agreed it has been talked about a lot but my original comment was based on what I copied from the V3 page and for me it was not clear. Twitter is not something I use.
~ No big deal, I forget sometimes that not everyone is clear on things like that. My husband is a computer programmer, so I have a better understanding of what goes on behind the scenes.

No worries! Thank you for understanding.
Sorry to hear the old wardrobe won't be working soon, I still prefer it. I don't like the new one not listing the layers and look forward to seeing what our drawers will look like.

I'm with StarShadow. I like the original wardrobe but I'm sure V3 will be fine and I will get used to it. I hope it has drawers eventually. I rely heavily on my drawers.

I still prefer the original wardrobe. Its easy and clear and lists the layers. I will certainly miss it. But I'm sure I will eventually get used to the new one. I hate change and its difficult for me sometimes to figure out how things work, even if they are simple to others.
ok i went in the v3 to get my nose back and i saved ..even though my naked outline was still sitting on top of my items ..so here i am as you see now ??? so how do i fix this now ?
edit: ok i'm back with clothes on me now (here anyway) but the preview shows me (in v3) as a naked cutout on top of what i should be wearing?? ..though now i still am back with no nose

Move your "base" layer to the bottom and you should be fine :)!

...Just one more damn thing I can't do anymore because this laptop is getting too old to handle anything. jfc. No fault of Subeta's I just wish I could afford a new PC.
@ Keith thanks that seemed to have worked in there .. are there plans to add the 'recently added' feature in the wardrobe? i hope, i hope!!
edit ...and my nose is where?
