What are they, 12? :| Just because you're a site artist does not make you exempt from using the CW feature and you do not owe users these items, and if people can't comprehend that and resort to being asses over this then that's on them. As for this thread, you really didn't do anything wrong. Drew CWs and then submitted them with your own money.. I thought that's what the feature was created for?

You did something plenty of others users are doing. Nothing wrong with it in the slightest. The items are beautiful, btw.

If you aren't fast enough or can't afford something at the time it is released (if it's a limited release CW), well, unfortunately, you'll probably never own it. Yeah, I've been a little sad at missing something, but you have to realize that unless it's something you made/commissioned yourself, you are not entitled to a chance at it or being able to own it.

I'm totally bummed that I will never be able to have that background because it's absolutely gorgeous and something that I would use a ton. But I certainly wouldn't go whining about it on some blog or wherever. You have every right to not release it to everyone.

I have that beautiful BG on my WL myself. When I saw you using the whole set (those tree items), I figured those were made by you and alas, I got that right. :D I'm not getting why it's such a big deal that you made some items for yourself. You could have even sold the leftovers, wouldn't change the matter a bit. Lots of CW artists only release one batch and I'm quite certain that some even made items only for themselves and not releasing any of them to the public (also know someone who only wanted to have like six pieces of a certain CW and deleted the remaining four). I don't see why you should have to apologize or explain yourself. You're an official artist, truthfully, but you're a user here, too, making it not only work but enjoyment at the same time. So I don't see why you would have to follow different rules than 'normal' users when submitting an item.

See it as flattery that people are bitter not getting their hands on your gorgeous wear. ;)

D: The whole situation seems so convoluted and unhappy :( but can I just say

all three of the wearables you made bean, are unbelievably beautiful. May not have general appeal but when I saw them I was just like wow! Its the part of CW I love is the individuality and the different amazing pieces produced! Wearables I don't anticipate on ever being able to own but would die to have.

I'm not upset at you at all although I do think I'm a little jealous. Those items are beautiful and I wish I'd get a chance to use them, but I feel like you did nothing wrong by using the CW system for what I thought was it's original purpose - to make an item/items that just you and maybe your friends could use. By the way, there are no words for how thrilled I would be if there were official knock-offs of the jacket and the background. It makes me sad that I've yet to see someone who has such skill with lightning and clouds in a small background. It's something to be proud of.

Your money, your talent and your free time - I have no idea what those people who got unhappy about it are thinking. I'd like to see an accountant being shouted at for doing their own taxes..
