Ugh, I used to be unable to cope if I can't seem to get hold of him. I'd throw this huge hissy tantrum; literally hissing at him through texts every 5 seconds. But after almost 3 years ohcrumbsicantbelieveigotthisfar I've mellowed out a lot. I now only hissssss at him after he finally calls me 8D

I used to get all anxious when I couldn't get hold of him, haha. If he didn't reply to a text within like an hour, I'd be like 'omg it's because he doesn't like me, it's definitely because he's found someone else rararar' but then I'd never text again or anything because I didn't want to seem clingy so I'd just leave it and get more and more anxious but it'd only be because he was busy/had fallen asleep/thought the conversation was over. I also used to hate texting first because I didn't want to seem clingy so it'd happen if it got to like lunchtime and he hadn't texted me first.

I then realised I was being stupid (and he told me I was being stupid and kept asking why I never texted him first). Now it's been 15 months, if I want to talk to him, I just do, I don't care about texting first. If he doesn't reply, I'll either leave it because I'm not fussed and I realise we don't need to talk the whole time rather than because I don't want to be clingy or after a few hours, I text again about something else.

You don't say! I had (well, I still have them occasionally, meh) the same thinking as you. Like, "good gosh what did I do now is it because I'm too fat/ugly/old for him and he's finally found a pretty/skinny/young girl to satisfy him or dayum no please don't let him be hurt or Heaven forbid lying in a gutter somewhere and....." well you get the idea XD

I never had the problem of texting him first; usually it's him that has that problem. I'm all like, "I love you, silly boy, and I'll text you random nonsensicalities as and when I feel like it" ♥ Which I always do. Till it becomes spam mwehehehe. But he loves it surprisingly, and when I don't spam him with my madness, he goes all worried on me. "BABY OMG WHY AREN'T YOU TEXTING ME OR WHERE ARE THEM WEIRD PIX YOU ALWAYS SEND?", so says he ♥

But yeah, I'd love it too if he stops waiting on me to text first, and actually took the darn initiative to send a text/call me out of the blue :c

omg I wish I got phonecalls, that'd be perf ❤ My friends were laughing at me because we literally never ever ever talk on the phone, it's always IMing on skype (cause they deleted msn, sad times) or texts. I spoke to him on the phone once because we were staying in a hotel and I couldn't remember which room we were in and that was like 5 seconds.

He doesn't even have a webcam, it's so sad. We both have free minutes and could easily ring each other but he made it very clear he hates speaking on the phone and keeps his phone on silent. Which is a shame because I would love to hear his voice more often!

Ahhh, seeeeeeeee. Everyone sees phone calls as the way forwards but we've just never done it. At the beginning, it was just a mutual thing because we're both not fond of talking on the phone and it's even more awkward when you don't really know someone but now I'd love to do it but I think it's too late to start :p

Noooo! Viber is so much more awesome than that! It's like this app where you can message AND call each other for free. Example: you and I have the viber app installed on our smartphones. You and I can call each other. For free! That's right folks, free! ;D The only catch is that both of you have to be online (wifi, 3g, etc) for the call to take place~
