Hoo-ah bragging and complaining in one. I bought 2 mystical Donadak plushies and have 21 pets now (brag brag) but I also have buyers remorse for spending so much cash (complain)

I just felt the need to brag I guess since having 21 pets has been a long standing goal and I finally achieved it. Kinda hoping some others will say YEEHAW that's a lot of pets or something and make me feel special ;)

what's this - 21 pets? i didn't know that was possible without the 21st (or 22nd, for that matter) slot being given from keith back when the plushies' prices were lowered o.o

Yes I had extra pet slots previously so Keith had given 2 extra spots to everyone who had them previously or whatever. So I can technically have 22 pets but it would mess up my whole profile with one pet sitting all by itself so it's 21 for now ;)

Oh you don't understand. Ummm hard to explain. I don't remember "exactly" what happen but at one point it was in the news that any prior to the day it was posted who had used either of the plushies before hand were given two extra possible spots. I don't really remember why or when but it was in the news.

yeah, i know, i got two slots, too :P

but i just don't understand how you bought a plushie and got 21 slots. i had 16 slots at the time and was given 2, totaling in 18 slots. when i used a plushie, i got 20, not... 22. or whatever. :|

but i don't really need to understand it XD

Do you have the one pet achievement yet? Because if you don't, then you'd have to abandon 20 pets.

Of course, I'm not gutsy enough to put all my pets in the pound either. I care about them too much.

How on earth did you get 21 pets if when Keith gave the extra two slots you only had 17 or less? I was under the impression that you could ONLY get 21 or 22 pets if you had 19 or 20 pets at the time Keith gave the extra two slots. You shouldn't be able to get 21 pets by using two mystical plushies this late into the game!

But if that really is possible, I know a lot of people that would be happy :3 (You really bought and activated TWO donadak plushies just this week?)

I tried to use a plushie just now and it told me I already had my extra 10 slots. Was the glitch fixed, which in case that's hardly fair 8c

You didn't have to have 20 pets at the time that he gave the extra slots out guys. You only had to have used at LEAST 1 of the mystical plushies prior to the post. So most of you probably can have more than 20. I had 17 pets prior to the day I posted this. Then bought 2 mystical donadaks which put me up to 21 respectably :) Anyone else who had used at least one plushie prior to his news post can have the 22 :)

I know you all want keith to respond lol but I promise I am very confident about my answer. I very vividly remember the post. The maximum pet slots are 100% sure 22... the 2 slots could only be gained by having bought and used a plushie prior to that post though. The only thing I don't exactly remember was "why" we all received the extra slots.

it is, but only if you already had 20 slots when the price of the plushies were changed in the Cash Shop. Basically, what staff did was gave everyone 2 free slots to be nice, since some of us had paid the higher price for the plushies.

I had not gotten all the way to 20 when the prices changed... so the max I could get is 20. Or was? Other people that had 20 slots (I believe is one) got 2 free slots, giving them 22 total.

The OP didn't have 20 slots (Or they wouldn't have needed 2 plushies to get to 21!!) so technically, based on what we were told last year, the max they should be able to get is 20. But they have 21... so I should be able to get 21 too... But it seems I can't.

What just posted isn't at all how I remember the extra slots working. In fact, I remember trying to save CSC for plushies for her 21st and 22 slot, and being VERY upset to learn she wasn't eligible to get them...

I wonder if this is a glitch related to the move?

That is not how it was explained before...if you had 19 slots already you'd eventually have 21 total and if you had 20 slots you'd be able to get 22.
