The downtime wasn't bad hence that was not why I was complaining. The site lag was what frustrated me and felt like I couldn't do anything. And it was more than 20 mins :(

Some of us buy a GA medal for the extra quests that we will get... If the site is lagging so badly that you can not do quests quickly enough to be profitable, for some, that is a loss of GA benefits...

Also the site had been having issues where it was giving some, but not all users errors... Which is why some were switching to web 1 or the move server...

Sure, it's not as extreme as the site being completely down... but it's certainly not a properly-functioning site and anytime someone pays real money for something that ends up not functioning properly I think they are well within their rights to complain about it...
