- There&;s no way in the slightest that those mini hats are &;masculine&;. If I wore that out in public, I&;d get my ass kicked. (Yes I am aware I am wearing wings) LOL.

- The suspenders are nice; not complaining about the items that are out there. It just seems like we get a billion skirts and feminine items.

Imagine how pissed everyone would be if all we saw were &;new fedoras!&; or &;new male hair gel&; every other week? Even the hat box re-release was a disappointment, male wise. :(

I thought all the "tousled" wigs were male? :c

Since when do women wear dresses?! THIS THREAD IS BLASPHEMY.

Seriously, there's a lot of unisex clothes, it's not just one way or the other! If it's unisex (which technically EVERY item is) you can't say, no, that's not male it's for females too. That's just... uncool. :(

Idk, I kind of disagree. There have been a lot of male wearables made lately, and even though there are not as much male clothing as females, there are not as much males as females on the site. There are also ways to layer female clothing under male clothing to make it look manly.

I think that a good idea would be to suggest some specific clothing that you would like to see made. :)

I would love to see more male clothes, just because It'd be nice to have 15 different colored hats. Even baseball caps, or ankle socks with sneakers. Grass stains, a football. A cooler at your feet with beer in it.

Hmm. Thats clearly the sporty male. Fedoras aren't very sporty, but I'd love to see those.

This complaint again? Seriously?

Here's the deal, men folk don't have as wide a variety of choices when it comes to clothes. If you compare the average male's wardrobe to the average female's wardrobe there would be a huge difference.

There have been a great deal of unisex items released lately, the hats, the suspenders, the seductive shirts, and several of the wigs. [Repeated since you seem to ignore the fact.] What do you want, items that only a man could or would wear?

I think it's funny that some people do not seem to get this point, especially after said so on the first page.

I kind of want to tell everyone to go to your nearest clothing and actually check who has the bigger department women or men. Add that to how many different companies are geared more towards women than men with regards to clothes :D

Regardless of what real life stores offer, I don't think any guy is going to rush out and buy a "Girl shirt" to see if they can layer it. RL=/= Subeta. Guys do need more clothes, and yes, quite possibly things only guys would wear- but girls will steal to look all adorable in. nods Just like real life.

I was thinking this!

Come on, even with the male items that are released, they are all still really girly. I can't complain since I'm a chick and I love it, but even all those shorts released are ultra girly with the patterns and colors. Sure guys get items, but they have to sift through all the stuff released that they really wouldn't wear. Unless they're into the crossdressing or feminine styles, which everyone shouldn't have to be.

I can't beleive people are really getting upset and resorting to name-calling. Everyone here has a point: Subeta has more girl/girly clotheing than masculine clothing Plenty of clothes are unisex People complain about male clothing a lot The male clothing issue hasn't been fixed

There's another side to practically everything that's been said here.

I don't think anyone here is acting really "dickish" and Ken was just trying to prove his point. Why are people acting... bitchy, for lack of a better word off the top of my head.

Maybe the guys of subeta (who are very outnumbered) should give the artists more very specific ideas (links, photos, etc) of what exactly they want.

Good idea, . Although, I was just talking to a friend the other night and noticed the clothing line Dsquared2 has some really nice male fashion I'd love to see made for Subeta. ;) Although I guess their clothes are more in-between uber manliness and non-manliness. XD

Open flannel shirts, PLEASE.

Short sleeved open shirts, like cotton dress shirts.

Suit jackets that are separate from the blouse underneath.

BLACK SNEAKERS that are BLACK not half white like converses. In general the tennis shoes need diiiiiire updates.

BACKWARDS baseball caps.

Wigs that are more form fitted to the head, shorter and masculine, not so "poofy"

Silk boxers ;)

How's that for a starter list ?

I think I&;ve gotten over this debate and accepted the fact that if you layer "feminine" items correctly, you can turn them masculine. The only difference is fit and length of things, and if you hide those with jackets, vests, etc, you can turn things quite masculine.
^ this.

when i first saw this thread i actually didn't feel like posting a reply at all because i had nothing else to say. i've learnt to accept that, hey, maybe there aren't going to be a lot of male clothes released but we all might as well get the best of what we've got, no?

i don't find it that difficult to make an avatar anymore. now i actually look for a challenge (ie. this femme wig).

This is the solution to your complaint, make reasonable suggestions, and have some pictures the artists can work from.

I get that it can be difficult to create a nice looking male HA. I've tried several times and failed, but maybe if instead of saying "Bawww... there aren't enough male items" you gave the artists suggestions, then you might get more male clothing. However, the fact still remains there are only so many variations of the basic male wardrobe you can do.
