gl getting the tunic. Not many owners are willing to part with their Loki themed cw's! I've tried over and over!!!! I'm just glad to have the scepter and helmet.

yah, that's what I've been thinking about doing, but artists may be leery of doing so since Hamlet already made a Loki themed tunic AND cloak AND cape I think....

talked to Hamlet and would rather prefer me, or anyone else, not to make Loki themed clothing. He said he would be offended if someone were to do that, especially with the people that were able to obtain those Loki clothing items. Would make them mad if there happened to be another tunic or overcoat out there, considering the overcoat is a private item. sigh I really wish I could do this without him being offended. It's just that nobody is willing to sell any of their Loki items. I mean I was SHOCKED I was offered the scepter, so naturally I bought it from someone, and the helmet is in the cs, so got that item there. So again, good luck on finding a seller of the tunic.

Someone can't prevent others from making tribute wears. (I know this isn't my thread, but I saw this and figured I'd reply.) as someone who does a lot of tribute wears from games and whatnot, they can't be claimed on here. Fans can make multiple tributes to the same character, they do not own it.

I've talked to Hamlet and he expressed his concerns with me, that he would be upset if I were to create other versions of Loki clothing since those who have purchased his own designs would be upset if there were more Loki items somewhat similar to Hamlet's creations, and they would feel like they don't own something of great value. I can understand where he's coming from, but I understand that I have the right to commission someone to make me other alternatives of Loki clothing items. And I wish I could, but I just don't want to offend my friend. This is a hard decision to make. I'd have to be 100% sure that he'd be ok with it and I wouldn't offend him.

Yeah, well...it doesn't really matter because they can't claim a tribute. Upset or not, Loki has millions of fans, and many on here. i'm actually kinda surprised more tributes haven't been done. Because they made a private wear, if they think they can claim his designs they're crazy...LOL. I mean...obviously the person doing the said tributes would need to make them different from the user who DID make a tribute, but the design itself can NOT be claimed. People have done tributes I have done and the opposite. They're free game period. It's kinda rotten they'd try to prevent you from doing a tribute you want because they're being selfish.
