I would definitely have to say the Christmas spirit. You can feel it everywhere and everyone's a little nicer and a little less stressed and disenchanted with life over the holiday season. ^-^

Ahh, I totally agree with you! I started off Subeta's Lumi feeling depressed because I thought I would get no presents (I don't have many Subeta friends. Mostly because I never socialized much before) but then I realized that a lot of people would probably feel this way, and opened up this thread. And omg, I sure don't feel depressed anymore, because now I get to talk to people about the holidays and listen to the things that make them happy. And buy them stuff! <33 Thank you so much!

No, it's not rambling--it's really true. c: I think this is one of my favorite reasons, as well. The holidays give us all (I find this especially true for myself) a chance to think about what's happened over the year, and celebrate it (or if it wasn't too hot, make a toast to what good things may come in the future!) Actually I thought the same some time ago, but I've found that there are people here really nice and hear what we have to say - and help us by gifting us, and my tree is already full of gifts that I can't wait to open! In real life, I'm not very sociable/don't have much friends - though people tell me I'm very nice and when they start to talk with me, I show my bright side to them (I have a dark side too, but who doesn't!), and, like here, I love to make people smile if I see they diserve (yeah, because there are in this world so much people that are known to be idiots and that don't diserve even a smile). Also, I love to surprise everyone. I think the giveaway I've been running makes me approach more to Subeta's community, as well with raising my reputation and maybe making some new friends and being privileged in many ways too. (I have added on my friends list awesome users who I like soooooooooo much to talk and gift - fortunately :)!) So, please don't feel depressed about this, even if you don't have many friends or socialize that much, the forums are definetely a great way to reach your goals ;).

My favourite thing is getting to see my family again since my brothers are all away at school and my sister is moved out. I love spending time with my siblings and this is really the only time of year I get to do that. Oh! The music too, I love all the holiday songs. This is my first Luminaire but I've really enjoyed finding my friends presents, I'm excited to see if they like them when they get to open them. Also Melody's Cottage is so much fun. I like how she gives out new items to the site every day.

My favorite thing about the holidays is giving gifts- I love giving people presents and Christmas is the one time of year where people will take presents without going "Are you SURE you want to buy me that?!" My favorite thing about Lumi is Melody's Cottage- something new to look forward to every day, hehe :)

I love the lights. Weirdly enough though I usually hate lights because they bug my astigmatism but at this time of year nothing is more breathtaking to me than a chill snowy scene being illuminated by some beautiful lights <3

My favorite part about Christmas is that it's my birthday, so I get to actually see my whole (small) family on my special day! My favorite part about Luminaire is gift bombing friends, strangers, and unsuspecting victims xD

My favorite part about Christmas is the food, snow, and the pretty lights on people's houses! The food is mostly the best part :). My favorite part of Luminaire is gifts under our trees :). I also love decorating my tree with ornaments!
