I cant get the "free skin". Even after using the nuclear option and deleting everything, Gunner still tells me that I am already a zombie. :(

I know every event has it's hiccups, but this is getting ridiculous

Update for my case: I've now received 2 "your virus is fully developed and you've unlocked your skin" notifications, Fresh is unlocked in the wardrobe but is still a broken image, and I'm still unable to start a new strain at the VIP as they think I'm already a zombie. Ty <3

Just want to chime in to say I'm experiencing a similar issue. I got a notification that my skin (pleasure) has fully matured. I go to the healer, it says that I'm stuck on stage 6. It's not reflected on my avatar (either at stage 6 or at full maturity). I tried to take advantage of the free skin offer through VIP and it says that I still have the skin, even though I tried to clear it in the wardrobe. Fingers crossed the fix is quick!

I'm getting this issue currently. Stalacbite is unlocked in my wardrobe, and I can equip it, but I'm still at stage 6 and the nuclear option at the healer isn't doing anything, and I'm showing as infected at the healer and VIP. Willing to bet it's still a lingering cron issue, perhaps to do with the fact that I had to get this virus reinstated by the healer because it disappeared when that issue was happening. Putting it here for posterity, but I'm just gonna wait a few more hours and see if it resolves itself before doing anything more about it. :P

I'm having this problem too -- compounded by the fact that I am stuck wearing a mature skin under the Fresh progression. Kumos wardrobe doesn't save changes; nuclear option at the healer did nothing. VIP says I'm infected with the mature strain of biodoominescence.

Had this same thing, but the nuclear option at the healer worked to have my infection cleared at least according to the VIP page :D

I'm having the same problem with my second strain. I was at Stage 6 last night, when I got up this morning there was a notification that my virus had fully matured. Fresh is unlocked in the wardrobe, although the image is blank. I never saw Stage 7 on my avatar, I've waited all day, but can't get a new strain from Gunner. He says my virus is still developing. The healer also says I have a virus but the body image that's supposed to show the stage has nothing on it.

ETA: 19 hours from my original 'virus has matured' notification, things have finally cleared and I am able to get a new strain from Gunner.

No matter what I do (nuclear option x2, removing Fresh skin in the wardrobe x2, adding, saving, removing, saving other skins in the wardrobe xmany, hard refreshing xmany) - I can't get the VIP to update so I can start a new skin. :s My avatar has shown no signs of the skin since the early stages.

I shall wait a few more hours.

Edited at 11PM: VIP accepted me! No idea when it ticked over as I checked often over the first few hours but haven't checked recently.

This issue seems to be cropping up again. I had Hive mind unlocked just before the site went down. Now it is showing as unearned in Legacy. Kumos wardrobe option is not loading at all to check there.
