i was seeing images of the shovel from fresh but it lists pleasure as the strain i have? and now in mediacontra i have no stage image so I don't know where I am at!

with the help of another player on the bite directory.... i may have fixed my limbo

i had to go into the beta kumos wardrobe, equip a zapper skin. unequip. then cure my strain in VIP. then i was able to start a new strain. current says i have 1 hour incubation and 1/10 bites

my hearty strain finished developing but I couldn't find the skin in wardrobe. in the meantime im developing a fresh strain.

I attempted to remove the virus twice via the Cure Infection button. Each time it took 1,000,000 sP from me and did nothing.

Event says 13 hours ago Cozy finished, I can't clear the strain. I can pick it in the wardrobe, but the image is broken on Kumos. Healer says I'm still on stage 5 😔

I don't know what's going on with mine, but I appear to still be stuck. I was around when the holiday launched, so I've had the Hearty infection for the entire time. I have gotten no notices of it's progression. I did visit the healer once and clicked to have it reapplied, but I'm not sure if that did anything. I haven't gone in to cure my infection, but maybe I should just to clear it out at this point and start over? The VIP program page says I'm still progressing, but I have no idea what stage I am at. I think I've been stuck at the image with the pasta fork throwing down meatballs since at least yesterday.

I don't think(?) it's a cache problem, because my avatar looks the same when I pull the site up on mobile. But if you think it's something I can clear or figure out myself just let me know.

ETA: Four hours later and it looks like my avatar has finally progressed to the next stage, hooray!

So in my case my infection fully finished and I was able to take the skin off in the warddrobe, but when I went to Gunner to get a new one he thinks I'm fully progressed in Lovebug. Looking at my HA, there is Stage 1 Lovebug on me. I can't pay him to take it off because he thinks its done but I also can't take it off in the wardrobe because I havent actually had Lovebug since it came out in 2009.

Same here. Cozy has fully matured, and the skin is in my wardobe but its a broken image. Had this last night, and went to the discord and someone suggested I go to the healer to restore it, I did- and it restored it to stage 6: Woke up today to get the alert again that my strain has fully matured, etc. But its still broken. See screenshots below. Not sure what to do know since going to the healer didn't help me.

So the boat I'm in now is that I was progressing normally before the maintenance, but got stuck at stage 5 for a while. I used the restore option at the Healer, and she put me at stage 6. I could see it on my avatar and everything. A few minutes after that, I got a notification saying that my strain had finished progressing, but the VIP said it wasn't. NOW, the VIP says that Fresh is done progressing, however my avatar image reverted back to stage 5, the healer shows stage 5, and the image for Fresh is broken in the wardrobe. Clearing my cache didn't fix it, either. I thiiink this is just an image issue, probably, but thought I would mention it just to be safe! Thanks for all the hard work you've put in since Survival started, Keith. ;-;

[edit] Should mention as well that I was able to bite someone with Fresh, so again, I'm presuming this is a weird image issue and maybe not an actual coding thing ... I seem to have Fresh, and presently be wearing it, but my avatar looks like I'm stuck at stage 5 still.

[edit] Ah, and when I removed the skin in the Wardrobe, VIP tells me I'm still incubating it ... >_<

and this is what is happenning to me also. I have tried taking my skin off in the old and new wardrobe with no luck.

EDIT : Ok so i just did the Nuclear option with the healer and it has reset my avatar completely. But, I am still unable to pick up a new strain from gunner, he is telling me the same thing. "Infection Status Fully Infected Strain: Cozy Your zombie virus is fully mature. You can now spread your infection to others in the Survival Forums!"

My HA still shows I'm in stage 6 of Pleasure. Got several messages saying it is matured. But I can't take it off in the wardrobe. I was however able to grab a new virus and the infection programs says I am infected with Vein. Both my HA and the healer still show my Pleasure virus stage 6. So I'm guessing nothing is fixed or at least not for everyone. I don't know what else to do, but it's really taking all the fun out of this event for me, right now

How were you able to sign up for a new infectionI am in the same boat but I can't figure out how to start a new one. I can't get the option to appear on the VIP?

Glad to know i'm not alone in this glitch.

First day, I selected an instant infection of Cozy. Nothing happened other than 25,000 NP gone. VIP and Healer showed I wasn't infected. Repeated a couple of times with no results. Decided to pay for an older one (Thoughtful/Brain Rot). Seemed to have taken as VIP said I was infected. Healer didn't show that I was. Eventually after the Healer fix came out yesterday, I restored the Cozy one. VIP still said I was infected, but Healer was still offering to restore. People on the boards said it showed my avatar was progressing through an infection. Came just now, and VIP said I've completed Hook (Threadful), which is one I had changed to in an attempt to start biting people (but so far have not been able to bite anyone). Healer still shows me infected even though I've cleared all skins via the wardrobe.VIP has offered a one-time free infection. When I try to select one through that, it says I am alreayd a zombie. Healer shows I'm infected, but I don't know with what (body is half eaten away in the avatar). Very frustrated as I have no idea if I got a new infection/skin or not, and I haven't been able to do any biting since this started.

I just went to the infection program's page and it said I could claim a free virus.

I don't know if this belongs here, I am trying to wear the Fresh zombie skin and it isn't showing.
