As the official price is 0 sP and no place where to find them must be something like composting which has not appeared yet but the news says

In the item directory it says those 2 items are "Game Prize". There are also new Bell Bloom and Grinning Trap flowers that say "Special". And they are all in the new items when you look at descending. I thought maybe new items from battling but can't find any info either.

Also, can someone explain composting to me, I can't remember what that entails.
