I was lucky to get Scoundrel & only wanted a few of the TOT and patch items so did OK. Just did new Wiz quests and lost 1K. He's a jerk, asking for items priced higher than the SPs he gives back.

Welcome back!! Not much has changed, lol. Although New Subeta is an interesting bit of the site. I don't know when Keith intends on completely switching to the new system, but for now I stay on Legacy Subeta and dabble with New Subeta. Right now it's you either love it or hate it.

Painful, lol! In a "I keep getting older items I already have" sort of way. I bought a lot of stuff becuase I got a little busier with RL than I anticipated.

new subeta is driving me up the wall. its too incomplete to test imo. i tried to bring a new friend to play and kept having to find ways around the half finished parts. glad to see everything else is just the way i left it though! lowkey so sad i missed morostide though omg all the new wearables look so CUTE

I HATE new subeta. It is ugly with just blank pages and not nearly enough information on them. I only do the new Wiz for the extra tokens but even that sucks because he usually gives you back less than what you spent & the same books over & over. I kinda wish it would just break down and go away. I hope it's many years before we're forced to use it.

CW shop just opened. There were only 2 CWs on my WL but managed to grab both. Neither were ones that I really wanted all that much, which is annoying. I have several CW vouchers from my monthly subscription but all of the other CWs on my WLs are either unbuyable, only for sale in a regular shop (so CSC not voucher), or require a password. Darn. How is everybody else doing? Fireside should start next week since that's late November. And I hope it doesn't overlap with Dec 1 luminaire. Well that sucked that Subeta was down last night until this morning so I'm having to do all my quests today. Guess the CW shop broke the site. I was glad I got the only 2 CWs in the shop I wanted before it went down. Hope this doesn't mess up fireside or lumi.

Question, why does everyone keep talking about keeping their bath house streak? Why should I care about it? I've never gotten any points or anything special from it.

My pets are stuck in the resort again. How did everybody do with the CW shop?

Fireside has started!

NO NEW FLOATING ITEMS this year, but they brought back items from as far back as 2008, so if you need stuff for collections, this is a great year to finish them off.

Old stuff is nice for new players or ones who haven't participated much in the past, but I don't need any old items since I would have gotten it when it came out. Like the TOT, I hope there isn't too much old stuff. I hope there are new items from Charity.

I have gotten a lot of old plushies and beanbags that I was missing from previous years. At least with them being released again the prices on some of them will drop. Some were too expensive for me to consider buying. Now if I can't get them myself I may be able to afford getting more of them.

Yeah, I definitely need to go through and see if I am missing any. I think I am set, but shrugs. Lots of fodder for the bonfire and/or fragmentizer.

I keep a "cheap food" category in my vault that all year I toss any food item worth less than 3K in to. So I have tons of food for charity & getting lots of books from her. Not bothering with the bonfire, I guess there's no new stuff.

I've gotten a few plushies and bean bags I've been missing but to be fair I don't participate in this event to much.

It was in a comment thread on New Subeta. One of the admins in the Subeta Facebook Group posted very early this morning. Hopefully there will be a news announcement soon.

Thanks. Seems odd since very few people go to new subeta. They should just forget about it & stick to the good legacy subeta. I hope they give us 2 for 1 to make up for it or extend Melody cottage by however many days the delay ends up being.

Looks like they got things up and running , but with a caveat:

~ You will be able to choose from two previous years and receive a random item from it! ~We will not have new items every day. When collecting Melody gifts, you will see at the top of the page whether there is a new item. You will always be able to choose two previous years for items, though!
