Oh same here, I swear are parents followed the same rule of books. HUGS I hope that they dont go through with that, make it every 6 months for him. Take care of yourself and your hand. HUGS take care of yourself as best you can.
He's here for another month 😭 Sadly, that's the new terms. 2 weeks in, 2 months home. They don't need them as often now.
I wish I could work. Getting out of the house morning and afternoon was nice, but the real issue is trying to sleep at night. TV and cellphone are so loud and he pees with the door open, when my room is three steps away from the bathroom.
UGH no way! Geez loud, and bet at work where he stays his all quiet and polite. So gross close the bathroom door, so uncivilized.
That does sound like fun! I'll go sign up.
Back then I think they did. And Happy Birthday!

Florida gators beat Auburn tigers in final four game next is Duke vs Houston

Thanks! Oh I know, I worry about the kids these days. Many no ambition and very disrespectful to adults.
It's because parents stopped being parents and decided to be friends instead.

Yep, buy them everything and let them run wild.
And never teach them anything practical about every day life. I think kids should be taught how to write checks, balance a budget, fill out taxes, buy a house, etc. I hate to say it but for whatever reason my parents never taught me anything useful.

Mine can relate, mine mum never taught mine to cook..."it's your wife's job". Kinda hard to rely on someone who thinks it all goes into a microwave oven.
If mine may give an example, JAG asked how to explain to the owner of an EV, that it doesn't have oil to change. Mine said, "have him show us the dipstick."
I had an economics class in high school, that taught us about budgeting, balancing check book and more. My parents taught me, you have to work hard to get what you want in this world.

You were lucky! My economics class was all about theory and different philosophies. Boring as hell.

UGH I was lucky that would have sucked. Plus we had Home Ed taught sewing and cooking.
Oh, yes, I had Home Ec too and I liked it. The only bad part was everything was done in parts, sewing for a little while, then cooking, and it was just too scattered to really learn anything.

For us, the divided them into 2 different semesters.
Maybe they did that too, I just know I didn't really learn anything. I'm afraid I'm the kind of person that does best with one on one learning. When you have 30 kids in a class, the teacher is just too divided.
