I love walking in the country side, and now its just walking through the neighborhood full of houses.

Can't you drive to a wilderness area? Or are you too worried about other people these days?

We are near the franklin Mountains aka scrub hills to me. Full of cactus and what not. I prefer mountains with trees upon trees. Which is over in Ruidoso, NM. Yes, concerned about the people and their intentions.

Yeah, you have to be careful these days. Mind you, with all the stupid things I did when I was young, I'm amazed I made to this age. LOL

Yep plus the Franklin mountains are just to close to the border, a lot of things going on. Oh the things us kids did, we didnt get away with much. everybody knew my Mom, and would call her to tell on us. Life of a small country town.

I'm talking about from late teens to early 30s. The worst thing I ever did as a kid was occasionally trespassing and accidently breaking a window on a vacant house.

I was afraid to even trepass until I left off to the military. The town gossips would have tattled on me.

LOL! The parents didn't really pay too much attention to the kids in the summer. We pretty much ran wild.

Oh same here, but we knew never to leave our block. Let my Mom find out, we would have to stay in our room as punishment. My Mom knew that, we rather get spanked and get back outside.
