I had trigger finger release surgery on Oct 10. My hand has been struggling ever since. It's like surgery didn't happen. Old surgeon retired, and he didnt "know" what was wrong with my hand. the new surgeon said it's possible the pully didn't fully release and she'll re-operate if the pully is in intact.

It's very frustrating. I could've still been working if she said "I'll just fo exploratory surgery". Now I have to wait for that decision on Monday after my ultrasound.

Me too. If she does surgery, this will be another full year without getting my bonus from work. My work place likes to use the bonus as a punishment. They can't keep school bus drivers. I've never missed so much work due to health issues beyond my control. Surgery? Sorry. You don't get your bonus.

The bonus is meant to retain drivers. Lots of drivers left due to not getting bonus, nit being paid properly, poor bus repairs, staff treating us poorly, the consortium, no hours, poor pay, the BS, and many other issues

I am also secondary (teacher's aide) in the education system. I hear you. Sorry about the bonus problem. :-(
