Sorry for reposting this, but this is very important and I didn't get any response - what's the privacy policy for the advertising provider? What info do they collect? Can you opt out or not? As much as I'd like to support Subeta, I'm not turning off my ad-blocker until I can be sure, but I will support Subeta financially in the meantime :)

Not sure where else to ask this so I'm putting it here:

When a user created billboard ad is rejected, is there any way to see why/what part was the cause? I reviewed the rules to make sure mine complied so it would be nice if there was a note on what would have to change. I know staff don't have time to go into detail but if there is a way to find out the cause that would be really helpful!

I filed a ticket, and they forwarded it to someone who could tell me why it was rejected. It was really helpful, and I was able to successfully create an ad after that :)
