Well, sadly.... all LED lighting - inclosing cell phones, computers, tv, commercial lights, car head lights, lamp posts, holiday lights, etc. etc. So I do not use those things or have to shut my eyes. I have had migraines since I was very little. And they got worse and worse. And then when I was an adult, maybe 8 years or so ago I developed the food allergy. My dr says it's normal for someone in a chronic pain and inflammatory state to develop sensitivities or allergies to random things. The funny thing is, even though I had migraines as a kid, I was otherwise extremely healthy. I was the one kid who was almost never sick! lol I only had the migraines. lol So it's funny to me that now I have auto-immune inflammation and problems. -helpless shrug-

buy following stats to use on main pet helps in battling and helps towards getting stats achievements.

1. Impenetrable Force Potion - Defense
2. Limitless Endurance Potion - health
3. Potion of Fleetness - Speed
4. Spiraling Ascension Potion - level
5. Surging Power Potion - Strength

Maybe you could even where sunglasses all the time indoor and outdoor. That would sure lessen the affect of all of those giving you issues. I know from my allergies it has increased my sensitivity to sunlight and bright lights. Thankfully my allergies have lessen with age. But I still where transition prescription glasses. Geez migraines over rarely getting sick, not much of a trade. HUGS

Its so hard to lose my dogs, but the love and loyalty they have shown me has been amazing. I only adopt shelter or rescue dogs, so that makes them even more special to me. My sister introduced me to subeta. Just in this May, she lost her account. She quit coming on subeta. Because she has Parkinson's disease, and her motor skills have lessen. I know she has other issues she wont or cant explain. So I have had to just let it go. I enjoyed her being here with me. Your lucky your sister is still here with you. Weather has cooled off, but is it here to stay. I sure hope so. Hopefully fall will visit you soon.
