Good! Just found out I'll be going for surgery so a little scared (I'm TERRIFIED of needles) but it's been bothering me for awhile so I'm excited to get all fixed up! How are you doing?

After you get the surgery and start recovering, your going to feel the benefits of the surgery and happy its done. Since 2019, right foot surgery, both hands and a hematoma on right thigh. Not been easy, but I was gladly do them all again they have improved my life. HUGS you will be fine. When will your surgery be? If this is your first surgery ask for a "nausea patch," you put it on the skin behind one ear the night before the surgery. It prevents nausea from anesthesia.

My day has been sleepy, I didnt sleep good. I was upset about RL. But day got better, someone surprised me with a minion I needed.

HUGS!!! I have found the best and easiest one to have used for IVs, and blood with draw is the "Butterfly needles." provides a fast, relatively painless way to collect blood for most patients compared to straight needles.

. Thats all I use. But I cant add to this conversation about it being painless lol My veins are very tiny and they wiggle. THey are so small that I cant have just any antibiotic thru IV, as the strength of some of them actually blow out my veins and they turn red and swell up.

I think I am just overly sensitive to what is being done to me, (Physically). Rockstar shouldnt worry, as I have been known to be the ODD BALL!!! LOL

Oh same here for me with my veins. I am told they roll. Part of my problem to was weight related, which makes it difficult. I read the painless part in an article. But its not totally painless. I used to fear needles then my allergies got so bad that I had to start taking allergy shots. Which getting up to maintenance was a challenge, I was get shots twice a week at the beginning until it was once a month I think it was about 2-3 month process. Plus for a while with different issue I had to inject my self with blood thinner. Needless to say I overcame the fear no choice. Oh I went through blowing blood veins back in 1996 when I had pneumonia, I was a hot mess. It never happened before, and hasnt happened since. Shoulders shrug

The first person, text, call or puppy that wakes me up I am going to throw a shoe. But puppies will get sprayed with water bottle, they know it means they have been bad puppies.
