I think of that as a "boy, are they stupid" expression. lol

- there is a New York Times game package with an annual fee. I play on my phone...there are options and some I haven't figured out but I like the easy crossword (can never figure out the big one) and Wordle, Connections and a few others...all in the package. It was nice because it got me away from Words with Friends and I was WAY to addicted to that one. The NYT is once per day per game so I'm less likely to spend too much time on it. Trying hard not to go have another look at merge gardens.. :P

I love the free NYT games. Haven't yet tried the paid version.

- I splurged. I blamed my daughter for showing me her games and then I wanted to play :P I didn't know there was a free version...which games are part of that?

if you go to the nytimes site, fwd slash crossword, you'll see them all (wordle, strands, connections, etc)

...well dang...those are the games I like...is it free just because of ads? I don't mind a few ads. I might switch to the free version when my subscription is up.

- I really like Connections too though it's the one I struggle with the most...other than the crosswords which I am terrible at. I still try the mini crossword sometimes, I mean it's MINI, how hard could it be right? HARD haha for me anyway :P

I stopped playing connections for a bit bc I was slightly raging at it 🙄 Now I'm playing again and can act more my age. It's the blue group that always gets me! I do like that mini crossword. It fits my attention span perfectly.

we went to my daughter, Nextdoor, just me and the hubby. They have 7 kids and her mother in law (who lives with them) and her sister in law. Small this year 😉

word games would be good! My mom’s vocabulary was magnificent due to her reading and crossword skills. I like sudoku but it’s not really numbering so much as order. Which I need in my life ! 😆

- congrats on the longtime achievement! I used to always get the pet stats but the last couple of years I've gotten pet slots instead.

- I wish I was better at some of the Subeta games because I want the achievements :P I look at the high scores and wonder how they did that!
