i did, and i am savind the little photo book for my disney trip. And it;s always relaxing with animals. Now back to work, long days, loads of days and not much off

- I'm glad the alpacas relaxed you. You needed it. I know you've got a horrid schedule but you can do it. Disney is at the end of the road. Imagine how relaxing and fun that will be. :D

Still around less than usual. Thought things were getting better but then my mom had a really bad incident with the virus (labrinthititis) she has and I took her to the hospital. They admitted her for observation overnight Monday night into yesterday. Home now but not yet getting a handle on the situation. Two dr appts tomorrow and hopefully we can get on a road to at least her and us being able to deal better with the events she suffers.

NOOO!!!! My Disney trip got cancelled again! Why me? It's nuts! Long story short, there is 1 other spot in a week earlier but as i am coming alone the hotel has to say yes... because as i am coming alone in a 2 person room (hello i already paid extra fines for that, what is also stupid).. And it can take up to 5 buisness days for them to say yes, So can everyone pray hat i can go the 3rd time around...

why so many stinking cancelations , that is crazy and makes for not going anywhere the way they are doing things... that is so sad. Sending positive energy for a good trip and a safe trip

Oh no - Your poor mom. I hope she feels better soon. <3 She must be exhausted. Just get out of the hospital and two more doctor appts right away and the same day? I never do that. One thing in a day is all I can handle.

How can they cancel you when you paid for it already AND paid extra for a two person room? That is not right! Hope its fixed soon.

I was thinking the same, why?! What the heck and why cancell twice!!! They say because of not many people signed up for that date.. how do you know when it's 2 months away.. people still can sign up. And why does the hotel has to so yes for me coming as i already paid extra fees and it's the same hotel i was suppose to go. And i asked for compensation of some sort.. so far nothing. Keep crossing your fingers.

I will light a white candle for you for the unexpected to become what is expected. All will come to pass in the way it is need to become.

She's doing okay. She feels rotten. But it seems she needs to go through it and it will eventually end. Which just sucks.

She had to have the two dr appts in a day. If not she would have had to wait until Tuesday to see her gp. That would have been too long. Not that he did anything. In the moment he made us feel better (me more than her I think), but then we go home and she has to continue to live feeling bad. We will do what we can do. Really hoping this dumb virus goes away soon. I hate seeing her feeling so bad and then getting so depressed on top of it/because of it.

In another week if things are not better we'll revisit with her gp for more symptom options.

Going to call my travel agent on monday asking for an update about my disney trip.

- I can commiserate. Being sick all the time is definitly depressing. And when the doctors can do nothing but try to make you comfortable is even worse. I'm glad your mom is doing better and I hope she continues to get better. :D

- I'm sorry your trip is causing such turmoil. I hope it's rectified soon. It's be awful if you ended up missing it after so many weeks looking forward to it. :D - Happy Kings Day to you also. :) Orange is my favorite color. :D

it's driving me so mad, why promise me one thing and then cancell it. Will ask about it today, to early to call yet.. 8am.. 1 day off and wide awake at 5:30 am my normal wake up time when i have dayshifts and i have been having them loads for 3 weeks... and now with 1 day off my body still thinks i have to get up that early..

[edit] I called... and i got a YES from the hotel so i am going! But.. they still can cancell up to 3 weeks... did not want to hear that.. So keep your fingers crossed they won't cancell it again.
