It was over 2 years after Rosie had died that we got Joey. I didn't want another for the selfish reason that I would be hurt again. But he has brought us so much love and laughter and joy ... he is our wonderful companion that we would not be without. FV felt she didn't want another either but I persuaded her to get Benny and she would not be without him. Give it time. You will get another.

I got a smaller dog as well, a french bulldog. Make the most wonderful companion pets.

I have 3 dogs Abby who is a 65 pound pitbull who thinks she is a lap dog she also sleeps right next to me with her head on my pillow and me snuggled up to her rubbing her chest til she falls asleep and if I stop she lets me know by turning towards me and she starts growling but I take as she is talking to me cuz as soon as I start rubbing her chest again she rolls back over and goes to sleep ... I have another dog named Natasha she is a blue healer she is a great companion loves to be outside she stays in the yard she won't come in til the sun starts to go down I think she might b scared of the dark but she is so soft and very lovable and she thinks she is a lap dog as well she is about 70 pounds or more then we have Mojo Jojo he actually is a lap dog he goes every where with my wife he is super smart and loves to go for rides in the car he sits on the armrest so he can look out the windshield he is about 10 pounds but he beats up on my pitbull it's absolutely hilarious to watch him beat her up she lets him and he thinks he is king

awwwww - your doggies sound perfect. Nothing like a big dog who doesn't quite know he is big...or a little one who thinks he is big. They are hilarious. It is hard to imagine the rest of my life without a dog. It will happen.

It is funny that stubborness can be a trait of a breed. I heard from someone else that their french bulldog was stubborn. Stubborness can be cute depending on what they are stubborn about :P

Chookie baby DID encourage me over n over to get another pup. finally i did because these ones that if i EVER were to get another.THESE are exactly what i would choose. how often does that happen. He is from a friends friend in LA and i love him with all my heart NEVER replacing just a whole nother growing of my heart. He is almost identical to Biscuit. I wanted a lap dog to cuddle with and geeeesh be careful what you ask for hahahha...if i make anything NEAR a sit down or a lap..i wont be alone that is for sure!! your 3 Duane sound a perfect mix and they all get along too that is marvelousman! the one that sleeps with you is best a big cuddlebug!!

when we go to the car we say byebye? and he runs for the backdoor garage door..when we say walk he runs to the dresser knocks over Bobs water bottle aon chairside table in the bedroom and points at my sock drawer..then goes to find my shoes:):)

I'm feeling better I still have the blood clot in my lungs and in my arm they r giving me meds to make it go away the one in my arm is the starting to go down it was a huge bump in my arm I am still worried about the blood clot in my lungs I'm waiting on the results from the cat scan I had earlier today once I find out I'll update y'all gonna rest some but I'll be back later on tonight 😎🥱

Glad you're feeling better, so sorry about the blood clots. Till now I had not heard of anyone I know that has had more than one. How frightening. It's a good thing you're made of stern stuff and won't be taken down that easily. Glad that the clot in your arm is shrinking, excellent. You're in my prayers, the clot in your lungs frankly scares me. Will be watching for the results from the cat scan.
