Oh I hope it cools off soon. Ugh! I hope you have fun on your trip π
Hey all - I'm sorry for the delay in getting my weekly schedule updated! My schedule at the clinic is coming out a bit late right now, so it means I end up updating this a bit late, too!
This week, the queue will be done on Thursday rather than Friday :) Next week should be a Sunday/Wednesday week - as soon as I know, I'll update the post!
Hello everyone! This was supposed to be a Wednesday week, but the day got absolutely crazy and I ended up not having time. I will do the queue on Friday! Thanks for your patience :)
[edit] I actually had some time so I'm going through to do some recolors now! The rest I'll get to Friday :)
Hello all, it's me again!
I have the queue schedule updated through the next month - actually through September 15th. It's in the second post, as always.
I've already noted this, but I will actually be gone September 5th through September 15th for a big road trip vacation! will be handling the queue in my absence, and will handle any CW-related tickets.
Have a wonderful vacation!
Thank you for the update. I hope you have fun on your trip!
Be safe on your trip! Hope you make lots of good memories :)
Hello all! I'm back from vacation - we went road tripping around California to hit up a lot of national parks and do a lot of hiking :)
I'm HOPING I'll be able to do some work on the queue tomorrow, but it's going to depend on how awful my first day back at work is. I'll poke at it a few times after work this week when I can, however, and Friday will be a normal day. Thanks for your patience!
I hope you had a blast roaming around my state! And that you got to see tons of great things, we have so many parks and trails and just neat spots all over!
We had a great time! A few years ago we drove the Pacific Coast down 101 from Seattle to Monterey, and we stopped at Redwoods on the way down, but we didn't get a chance to do any other national parks that trip. So this time we decided to not do the Pacific Coast Highway for time-saving purposes (though we still went to Monterey... I really like aquariums) and went to Pinnacles, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Yosemite, and Lassen Volcanic NPs. They were all amazing; Pinnacles was probably my 'least' favorite, but to be fair it was 105 and we did one hike and thought we were going to die. Lassen was our definite favorite - but being Washingtonians, my wife and I might be a bit biased towards the Cascades, haha. Either way, ALL the parks were gorgeous. We plan to return to Yosemite for a longer trip in the future... it was so overwhelmingly large!
Oh yeah, it's so hard to see even a fraction of it all in one trip - the state is so big. I've done PCH from Monterey up to Yreka and then I went inland to hit Grant's Pass and it's just a gorgeous drive (we also went to the aquarium, back when they had the great white the first time!). But the parks are really something to see and I'm so glad you got to experience them but man the heat was not on your side during the trip!
And I haven't been to Yosemite yet but I've seen so many pictures and videos and it's so pretty, it's definitely plenty big enough to devote a whole trip to and I hope you get to do that soon!
Hello all! Once again my schedules at the clinic are coming out very late, so my schedule here is also coming out very late. I apologize for the delay! This is a Sunday/Friday week (and I am working now)
Just FYI -- I'm working on the queue slowly, but I've unfortunately got a very bad cold and it's making it a bit hard to work :( Sorry, guys!
