you definitely have a complete Sickura skin there. should be able to work on a new one if you take it off. (you can't start a new skin while you're wearing a previous one, VIP won't let you)

- Butt it's nnot showing as an earned skin in the wa4rdrobe. At least, there's nothing named Sakura in the earned area of skins. I'll take it off and see what happens. :D

I think you're looking for the wrong name for it, it's called Sickura, s i c k u r a, not Sakura. So check that just to be sure! If not I would file a ticket, possibly D:

You can always put it on by using an outfit that has it, and then take it off by changing to an outfit that doesn't...

haha yea i find i like most as well at some level but since i have been reading i have been learning more on what i like for my books and what i don't just finished my 34th book this year :)

- It was still in my unearned so I put a ticket in. Then someone said to try to get a virus through the vip because it won't give you a virus if you're still working on one. So, I went to see and the vip showed me as not having a virus. I was able to get another virus. I noted this down on the ticket and the response I got was that since I took the skin off and got another virus, they couldn't give me the skin. So, I've lost the skin. 😭 There's not enough time for me to get it as the virus I just got will run over the end of survival. Guess I'll have to get it next year. :(

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard 😭 I'm so sorry! I feel like there's so many glitches and problems with the viruses that they need to fix.

- I solved the problem. If I could remove one skin before it's done then I can do it with another that I really didn't want. So, I removed the virus I got to test if it would give me one and am reinfecting with sickura. This time I won't change anything until I get that darned message that it's finished. XD XD
