I don't use any of the scrolls you mentioned anymore and I'm only keeping them in case I decide to battle some weaker pets. I tried to find the Challenger you mentioned "forj erupting" and couldn't find them. Budget? LOL! If I need something I will figure out how to buy it. The Natasha set me back a few years ago, but I've since recovered. :-)

I would add to your set solid earth, dark, physical, wind and ice blockers to give you more flexibility with opponents. You already have the knocker as a budget option for earth, but the ornamented hook swords are much better to block earth and some dark, have a blessing to protect from stealing, and three mod slots.

Budget dark blocker: Insektdammerung (also blocks ice and can be won from Kain) or comet flash (scales with pet stats so could be useful for any other T7+ battlers you have)

Dark to save for: maniacal essence, this is the best dark blocker that is the most obtainable.

Budget physical: plague claw got a huge buff and is super cheap in shops right now

Physical to save for: maniacal slappy hand also blocks earth with physical and has a blessing that will block all damage/freezing/stealing for one turn. There is also the ether in the MC that doesn't have any special curse or blessings, but it will generate weapons for steal fodder.

Budget wind: swashbuckle is still super cheap and will block 100 wind as of right now. We'll see what happens after the revamp

Wind to save for: blessed Trident of the banished one has already had several revamps, but I'm hoping it will still have one more to increase it's max wind block from 90. It has the better blessing and curse out of all the wind blockers and why I still favor it over swashbuckle.

Budget ice: Insektdammerung or unstable sample syringe (won by beating mutant scientist 5 times). The syringe also blocks magma and is great when paired with either the Trident, swashbuckle or cursed liquid fire torch to beat the forj erupting, who comes from the magma tome in the cash shop.

There is a cursed sword the final corruption challenger drops that will block more ice damage, however I think this weapon still needs work. It's better to wait and see if the stats get changed again with the revamps.

Wonder what the new project will mean for battling. Massive weapon revamp followed by challenger revamp all before the Kumos stuff. Interesting times.

Yes!! Pylonics and potions and mods came through for this battle. So many losses and one tie to get this win, but she pulled it off.

What I wonder is if they're going to revamp scrolls, the spam freeze scroll meta is pretty stale and basically forces them to disable freezing or make antifreeze blessings for a lot of challengers

Thank you so much for the help!! <3 And the ornamented hooks swords and the maniacal slappy hand are 2 weapons that were already on my radar and now I need to figure out to get both of them. :-) I am going to screen shot all of the information you gave me about weapons so I can refer back to it. I know the hook swords one is in the MC and the slappy hands is a Genetech item. Both are pricey but will be well worth it!

I think so too. Water attack is especially common in the extremely hard challengers so I think having a blessing for it will be fun!
