True, but mine do spend much too long online. Even with activities and more practical options, stress and boredom allow an easily distracted mind to wander to seedy places.

Mine opted to cut off access as a drastic measure. Mine did say the risk is no reason to have anything to enable the trap.

Mine struggle is no different, even a small amount can open the floodgates.

Well find things to occupy your time as much as possible.

Mine agree, one possible solution may be to get a P/T job to fill some of the days.

No time like the present.

Mine will make more efforts to limit mine online time, but mine smartphone is the only contact to the outside mine have. Not an easy change...

Happy New Year Bears! An hour to go until midnight in Ontario. I might head to bed. I'm tired. I watched Netflix all day and I had a canned alcoholic beverage (I don't drink and I felt this would be a good day to have a cooler). I watched Brand New Cherry Flavour on Netflix. If you like magic, witches and death, you'll love it inreally liked it! I like stuff like that.

My landlord showed up. Told me he got my email and "don't threaten me. You can go to the board I'd you want, but you won't get anywhere". So he threatened me back. He's going to fix my window and the shower handel tomorrow. If so, I'll have a huge mess all over the living room and bathroom. He said he's "aware" of the lady in the basement smoking and he has other issues with her. She won't let him in her apartment. Said she's puking (She says that a lot). Well, the solution is simple, he just doesn't want to do anything about it. So if she won't let the landlord in, that means she has stuff to hide lol. She looks Hella scary too. She doesn't give good vives either.

Oh well. I'll have to wait and see what happens when the building sells. This is a POS and it won't be bought tomorrow. I have months.

happy new year to my friends all over the world... we have had a great year together, laughed a lot, cried, discussed and helped each other... in this time when so many bad things are happening in the world it is good to have a place where you can forget everyday life for a moment... you can laugh without being looked at the wrong way... you can say what you think without being punished and cry without having to justify yourself. . the anonymity is good for us and over the years I have often experienced how friends have felt liberated because they could finally tell what was bothering them without being judged for it... even if most of us will probably never meet, it is a good thing to have friends here who are always there, listen patiently and pick us up when no one has time for it in real life... also this year i made a few new contacts, told a lot and got help whenever i needed it and i want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart... i know that at the bears there is always someone there when you need help and that is not a matter of course.... i have read so many private things and sometimes thought; how can you write something like that in the forum? but you can... because there are empathetic people here who never make fun of anyone who needs help, no matter what it is about... and who can also laugh with us and be happy when we have good things to say and we can all use positive news.. I wish us all in the new year that our families stay healthy, our people in the hospital get back on track quickly, we keep our jobs and our roof over our heads is spared from storms and disasters.

I'm happy to be part of this little family and hope that together we will remain a strong part of this community for a long time to come.
