One is happy to be of nerdy assistance. Looks like it's a nod to the MCU as well (jewelry matching Loki's in the films.) As far as Andromeda goes...that is above my nerd pay grade but I'm always happy to expand so if you find out do loop me in. =) I haven't consumed enough of that franchise (read: almost none) to opine confidently but I'd say the constellation.

Most characters there are constellations, or deities. Mine simply figured, a galaxy is billions of stars. e.g. a different grade of power.
