Cook it the same as a duck or turkey.It is dark meat but very oily(grease). I make the skin very crisp and save the grease for cooking other things.

Super cute friendly kitchen showed up today. Let me pick it up and it PURRS!!!! Stayed around for a while, but there are too many tray agggressive cats around for it to feel comfortable. It was hiding under the car. The grandkids foun it and were running around with wool for it to chase. I said they should call it Socks (Garbi in Hebrew). I REALLY like the banana peels suggested LOL

Mine have not practiced testing a starting/charging system for several years, tho during today's shop mine managed to demonstrate applied gknowledge on that subject. The group mine worked with had not volunteered to make the attempt. Zo mine went in, with a good outcome, mine didn't fry the electrical systems...

A short lecture later we're off for Thanksgiving, mine may be spending that day alone, holding the fort until nest Sitarday.
