LOL! I knew you read scary stories! :-D I'm thinking her books are self-published because she had quite a few books about different family members. But a main stream publisher would be smart to do a book on her. I found several links about her online: Here and here When I first met her she told me she was the first African-American Miss Seafair. Seafair is a very big deal every summer in Seattle with hydroplane races and a huge parade. And Miss Seafair leads the parade. I forgot what year but I'm thinking it will be in the book. I need to get to reading! :-)

I was going to take her out to lunch to but she only wants to go to the market. So now I may take the Tiny Terror with us. I need to make him a sign saying "yeah he's cute but he might bite you". 😂

I don't think its down to him doing it wrong. I think I had too many other problems with my feet and the ligament tightened up. But if he does say i need it done again after this one, then i might get a second opinion. But I honestly do believe him. He has given me two extra surgeries without cost and gives me many discounts as well, so i do trust him. I hope so too. I will find a way. I mean I only want to take her on a walk around my street in a halloween costume.

- I did the same thing when my kids were young. I mean, why dress up nicely when you're doing nothing but changing messy diapers and running after the holy terrors? ;)

- It wasn't like he didn't have any pants on. lol The rip was about 2 inches long and it was more like it frayed then ripped. So, his assets were safe. 😂 I think I missed an update on your foot. Is everything ok? :D

I still haven't touched anything, when it comes to sorting and throwing out haha. It has been good here :) Today, we went to a small bookstore with a kids play area upstairs and it was fun. Michael had fun playing up stairs and we each found a book. Not michael, he has enough haha!

We got a win though! Michael used the potty earlier and I am so happy! Now, I have to keep catching him and hoping he will do that again.

I love blah weekends! Unless I'm having one. 😂 Liz and I went to the farmers market yesterday and then today took her to get her haircut. Not really busy but busier than I'm used to. :-)

I suggest "Some Desperate Glory" by Emily Tesh if you get the chance. I feel like it puts most of the twists from the Rising series into one book so that's kind of compact lol

it was quite a weekend as my internet stopped working and they can't come fix it till Tuesday evening (ugh)

well, the thing is, different things scare different people, and it even changes as we live our lives, what scares us. Give me some hints, what has scared you in the past/what books did you find truly scary before?

I'm not really into being scared by my reading, so it's not often that I read something really scary to me at all, but my partner is into horror so I can get you some recommendations, probably, once I have the necessary information!

I think the last time I read things that really scared me, I was still in high school 😆

UGhhhh! Ours went out a few months ago and all 3 of us went crazy! After a day the repair people tore apart our neighbor's yard to fix whatever it was that went out. Once it was fixed I went online and got 9 whole dollars credit! :-D Good luck and I hope they fix yours asap!

Nothing I thought was exciting. For Liz I paid 7$ for a little string bracelet I could have made for her in an hour. And she got a giant sugar cookie, that she let me have a few bites of. Lol Anyway, she had fun and that's what's important. And I took my little chihuahua and since the pavement was hot I carried him in his sling and he seemed to happy too. Everyone thought he was so cute. Little do they know! :-D

it went out Saturday and they couldn't fix it till Tuesday evening so I don't call that quick.

So that was last week. Yeah 4 days is horrible! When ours went out I could still use my phone on 5g but hubs and Liz couldn't for some reason. Our provider is Comcast and they're generally good so I'm not sure what happened other than it was the box in our neighbor's yard. Our other neighbors have Comcast cellular too so they couldn't even use their cells at all.

Not going to bad just living life on the exercise bike now xD

yeah you missed one. It's not good. He says I need to have another surgery on the "good" foot. But he left the cast on the left leg so I guess it can strengthen and support me when we do the surgery one the right one. -shrugs-

My issue is, all my motivation is in the morning/early afternoon. Then by the time my mom has the kids I'm ready for relaxing 😂
