Looks like mine federal aid kicked in, tho any balance other than zero is worrying. Mine does gknow a positive number mean money owed, and zero means paid in full, mine balance has a negative sign. That could suggest an amount owed to mine, as the financial aid office mentioned. Mine did submit direct deposit request, zo mine would expect such. That means paying for online access shouldn't be a problem.
