Ugh...always disliked such early holiday displays. I mean sure, have a "holiday" section where people can buy a few off-season holiday items for theme parties or other reasons, but keep it small, include all the holidays and don't push it!

Oh I had no clue whatsoever, I was just going for a sticker. I dont crochet during the summer, its to hot in triple digit weather. There are videos on youtube that can help you with thread tension. Thread tension is a major key, like I was saying before. Now I do it automatic holding my thread, and I dont think about it. I sent my sister a picture of a blanket I did, first thing she said was man your thread tension is really good. My older son's MIL saw blanket I made for my grand daughter, she thought my my son and her daughter got it off etsy. Just let yarn glide through your fingers, at a steady pace.
