I feel your pain. I work the graveyard shift too and am usually in bed by 9:00am. Right around noon, like clockwork, the county snow plow comes grinding up the street. Then, of course all the neighbors fire up their snow throwers to clear the berm he leaves behind! Even the cats try to bury their heads under my pillows. Oof, That's a yikes, hope you're OK! I got robbed once years ago when I lived in the city, I had nightmares for a month! I moved to the mountains, and did a happy dance when the hotel I work for went cashless.

lol you know the struggle! Luckly i just had 1 night...

oh get a cat they are so nice and cuddely they said... Not when you try to sleep and they keep waking you up lol! I slept for 3 hours and went to bed early last night, 13 hours in bed.. lovely! I only can do that when i had nigh shift other days i am up early.

Oh you overslept... not nice then the whole day does not goes as planned sucks big time. I hope it went better during the day.

Oh good it''s no fun when the sheldue is off. I was a trampoline again last night, i hardly slept... On bed, off bed, on me, over me, scratcing stuff, breaking stuff. Grr! ANd i had to get up at 5:30 am for work.. I will be in bed on time tonight (i hope). Oh i would love a better sheldue from work.. who know..

Oh i am so proud of myself, i booked a mini holiday for myself in my vacation in june. I am going to Disneyland Paris, with a tour bus for 4 days, so i don't have a trip to France all by myself... as i am a girl alone i found it to scary to go alone. But yay i am going to disney!

Is there any way you can close your room off so they stay out while you sleep? That's what I would do. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get a better work schedule. My schedule is back out of whack because I overslept again. I wish hubby would wake me up on time but he overslept, too. XD Yay for Disney World. I hope you have a blast! I can understand not wanting to go alone so booking with a tour is a good idea.. :D

Glad to hear you're OK. The whole Covid thing was a great excuse to go credit only. I'm loving not having to worry about cash, especially since I always work the graveyard shift.

Cats, what can I say? When you first get a kitten it's all cuteness and fluff. You feel so privileged to share your life with a miniature purring house panther. Then one day you find yourself shouting "STOP EATING MY PLANTS!!! You demonic little gargoyle!" We still love them though. :)

- What I would have given for a regular schedule when I worked. Closest I ever got was constant night shift, which I loved.

- I love the honey-mustard dip they have with the nuggets. Yummy! :D

- So, they generally make a nuicense of themselves... Just like kids... Have you ever thought of giving them catnip right before bed? :P I have an Alexa sitting on my bedstand. It has a built in alarm clock which I tried for the first time today. The alarm was a bit flowery for my tastes. 😆 I went to Disney World in Orlando... oh my, like 20 years ago. I had a blast. The kids were besides themselves, too. lmao :D

I'm jealous. A night shift honestly sounds amazing. I'm such a night owl, my brain hardly functions at all during the day. I'd be so much more productive at night.

Has anyone heard of the lil birthday icon thing not working? I was a little sad to not see it today, it's cute.
