Today is my 18th anniversary on Subeta! wow. All grown up. My oldest pet, based on my favorite childhood toy, is also 18 today. I was a little 11 year old when I started playing this game amongst other petsites. All the others fell away with time. But Subeta... this website is timeless to me. It's something so personal now. I've shown it to various friends over the years and none of them ever stuck with it. The person who introduced me to the site is no longer in my life & no longer plays. And as I grew older, I grew more awkward about making online friends for whatever reason. So it's mostly a solo endeavor. But I love it all the same! My favorite things to do here are make avatars, quest, restock my shop, and collect items. It's so simple and yet so comforting to me. The bragging and complaining forum doesn't exist anymore so I figured I'd make my little sappy Subeta appreciation post here. Thank you to the staff for maintaining this site for oh-so-many years. This place is a safe haven. We users are so lucky that it still exists. 11-year-old me would be shocked and pleased to hear that she'd still be playing Subeta 18 years later!!
