I've taken lots of hiatuses but I always come back. The art and sheer amount of stuff to collect and the fact that Keith still owns and runs it always brings me back.
And I appreciate that you adopt pets instead of breeding them. Breeding sims have their place but for me they always felt a bit cruel compared to actually adopting pets since you eventually get rid of the extras in some way, or end up ignoring them.
