when my sister comes to visit, the kids and i will be going home with.. then after a couple weeks hubby is gonna come get me and the kids will be staying with their grandparents for the rest of the summer :)

I'm actually dreading summer. The smoke from all of the fires made me stop loving them.

I never played Zelda but when Liz was little I played so much Pokemon on the Gameboy and then on the DS - I even finished a few of them so she could play further. When we first started playing I would go into GameStop and ask for help and the manager ended telling me I should work there so I applied and ended up working there for about a year. :-D

I was young and dumb but let them do that to me now and they would be hearing from a lawyer. :-P Yes we have become a very litigious country and I was just recently thinking about that. We have lawyers running so many TV ads when something happens you almost know their phone number by heart. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

the smoke isn't all the bad here. we don't usually get it. i think because we get so much wind to just push it away.

- we used to roast marshmallows over my Aunt's firepit. They made the best smores. :D

I think it's weird we get as much as we do as the wind blows off of the Puget Sound from the west and the fires are always north of us.

i have also been a bit bored with AC too. I have the zelda game. My only problem is I don't often know where to go. Might have to break down and pull up some guides to help me. I'm not against guides but lol i do wish it was a little easier to navigate these two newest ones.

It was fun but it's a lot. With the normal, retail but also taking items in on trades. I've never heard of Pokémon stadiums but I love mini games within games. I hadn't heard it's dying - I wonder why.

Now we're getting stupid hot again and no rain in site. Ugh

- I would be leading the parade (mob?) lol I've reached the place where Kvothe has finally left university and, perhaps, got a wealthy patron in Vintus... The Vintus part doesn't have the same feel as the University part did. I'm not sure why but I think it was because he glossed over his time traveling to Vintus. I guess it just seems a bit disconnected. And, of course, Denna inexplicably shows up. I'm telling myself it will get better again. lol :D

I hope it gets to a part you like better. It didn't get better for me but we have a bit of different taste in that kind of thing!

yes, I still miss the ones I've lost recently, but both the one I still have remaining and my new one are helping me cope with the loss. They're both very loving and sweet! (Just not to each other 😆)
