Amber said he's definitely gonna appear in this news post, but that they're possibly going to release a new challenger alongside it (that second part doesn't sound definite so they might(???) be holding on while things get finished for the challenger and if not it might just be hoarfrost alone).

Well, I must be blind, because I saw the post and I just re-read it now. Still don't see the mention of Too-Hoary-to-Frost. Maybe more caffeine will help. Hm....

I'm still working through the new CS challenger. Not that I mind more popping up. It's nice to have rewarding challengers to work on between events again though.

I'm very curious to see this new challenger and also I wonder if Hoarfrost will get any new loot?
