Yeah, I'd really ideally like some sort of fix before when we're supposed to have Morostide start. Even if it's temporary, it's going to be necessary. People unable to submit or buy CWs or use their wardrobe is going to hit the site finances pretty hard, especially during a time when more folks are using those features as we hit the high holiday months.
Right, obviously I think a permanent fix it great and I love that it's being worked on so I'm not trying to sh*t on anyone. It's just the timing of it because you figure people want to get their stuff on site and start planning events. Almost impossible to do right now and running out of time. I understand coding takes time but my worry is it turns into weeks instead of days since we have no estimated timeline rn. I'll be honest that it will be less motivating for me to submit CWs if it's super late.

Yes exactly! I appreciate that they want to actually sort the issues and obviously we all want that. In the meantime, however, I really think we should be employing whatever fixes will help for now. If manually clearing the memory cache and deploying more servers solved it before, even for a few more days, let's do that at least =/
Mostly all I care about rn is having an estimated timeline. I think that would be helpful and give some reassurance to everyone. But of course I do agree with you too.

At this point I’ve given up on trying to get my Moro stuff on-site and anything released. It’ll happen when it happens I suppose. Got other stuff I can spend my money on.
Thank you for keeping us updated! :)
I forgot between those two was november... halp! XD
Brought the latest Hustler item, uncertain about putting it into my wardrobe currently.
Update: Keith is going to rebuild the API servers entirely from a backup, which will take about 15 minutes but should improve things rather than just patch the issue.

Thank you so much for the update!
EDIT: Oh, it's SO much better! Thank you, Keith!
The wardrobe works now, but changing avatars doesn't. Should we wait a bit, maybe it's a cache thing
Try putting an outfit on again, please?

No change. It doesn't load in the little headshot bubble on New Subeta either, but it loads in the Wardrobe proper.
I'm still seeing SSL handshake failed Error code 525 for https://sapi.subeta.net Could that be part of the image problem?

Ah, that's very useful! Thank you for the detail, I'll pass it along!

Hope it does help :) Also right clicking a hover clothing item and opening image in a new tab like this Hover Item Gives a 500 Server Error and once a Bad gateway Error code 502

Have you tried clearing cache and resetting your avatar? keith restarted the servers again...fingers crossed

It won't show my HA if I wear anything except a saved salon hairstyle or nothing at all :x
The same thing is happening to me, and I saved my HA (it's almost identical to the one I've had for a week but I fixed a layering issue) less than 11 minutes ago.
Clicking on broken images and doing "open image in new tab" returns a 500.
(At least it's broken completely, unlike that -- several days, but it felt like at least a week -- period during Masquerade 2020 when my avatar's clothes on top would load but she was bare-assed and I couldn't change it! Definitely my least favourite wardrobe glitch.)
