not everyone was here or was able to participate in the 2013 Masquerade plot (which was 11 years ago). Maybe there can be another plot and the prizes can be in categories via the years?

Three crystal shop items. All three of these are needed for the Moisturize achievement. The first one is no longer available in shop search, the second and third only have one in shops. Maybe they can be restocked soon? Subetalodge says they were first stocked in 2018 but has no information on if they were ever restocked
