Forget not being able to catch it, I haven't seen one spawn at all o.0 But I'm still hunting as its the very last bug now :D I'm sure you can find it. Plant several more palm trees, that'll help :D aww thank you. I think it's going well so far. We'll see. But it doesn't feel unstable at least lmao.

ah I see. the surgical foot is hurting a bit today. I was trying to not take pain meds but gave up. I'm almost out of them and we just don't have the funds so I'm trying my best to not use them unless it's necessary.

That's got to be so rough! The price must of gone up on them. :-(

thanks, gals. see my post to diana below. hugs :) - i'm sorry, hon. everything's been going at warp speed and i'm having trouble keeping up. i don't even remember where we left off in the parade of events. i know i was waffling about contacting him and i joked with you and my hubby that with my luck the decision would be taken out of my hands. well, it was. (for colorful and those who don't remember, i found my bio-dad through an ancestry.com dna test, the one that tells you what your ethnicity breakdown is. they compared my dna with all the other's that had been previously sent in and they found a 50% match and marked him as father/father's side.) one of the ladies that were marked as first cousin on father's side contacted me and asked me why did i suddenly show up on her family tree? she thought she knew all her family. so i explained my results to her. turns out she's my aunt and my dad had been looking for me since i was born. she convinced me to make first contact. i did that day and we'd been talking non-stop until this past saturday. right in the middle of the conversation he went quiet. i didn't think anything of it and the next day, when i hadn't heard from him, i sent him an email like usual. i got no response. so, yesterday i didn't email. i figured perhaps he just wanted some space or maybe a friend showed up to spend the long weekend. honestly, there are any number of plausible reasons that he went quiet suddenly and then didn't respond to the email the next day.i haven't sent an email today, either, and haven't recieved one from him. i don't want to flood himwith worried/clingy emails but i have a bad feeling. it was odd the way he went quiet and even though our emailing has only gone on for little over a week and a half patterns were established and his sudden quiet broke the pattern. Am i making any sense? or am i just hyped up on the whole thing and running around like a chicken with it's head cut off? i'm telling myself that i'll wait until tomorrow before i email my new aunt to see if she knows what's up. i think i'd rather look silly than not say something and something be wrong. oh man, i could use a stiff drink right now... if i were a drinking person. ;) please do not be afraid to call me a loon. i really need a fresh perspective right now. hugs ❤

We're potty training over here too! Michael has only gone once in his potty and the two accidents so far. I have him in some toddler briefs, so I'm hoping he feels it is different then the pullups. He has been dry for the most part and will sit down when I ask him too on the potty. I'm hoping it will click before the end of the month.

So jealous! So I was on last night and I'm missing 5 bugs, ugh! I did catch a new fish last night though, so that was nice ^0^ Once I finish my beaches I may time travel back to summer to try for the beetles but for now I give up XD

I got about 5-6 inches cut off or something like that. It was getting ridiculously long so I told her to chop it 😂 That's how I do it every time lol Just a blunt basic cut, no layers, and always at least 5-6 inches off. I only go every couple of years to get it done. What about you? We don't celebrate the holiday 😅 So no fun food here XD

Potty training has been.... not fun at all for us. But I'm not giving up. He's going to be 4 soon and I'm determined to get this child out of diapers.

It feels WONDERFUL 😂 I can brush my hair without crying out in pain now lol I didn't know what it was for until I asked Rusty 😂 It's to celebrate workers/employees and such. Google says "Labor Day is an annual celebration of the social and economic achievements of American workers" shrug XD

Liz knows that same feeling. It was so much easier combing her hair out this morning. See? I've never quite gotten the reason for it, other that a day to stop wearing white. LOL! On a sad note - it was one year ago today that my big dog "Baby" (yes that was his name) crossed the rainbow bridge. I'm doing well though and haven't cried. :-)
