I support this change because I encounter problems with it nearly daily.

I agree too, especially when doing the 3 item quests... its super annoying to just have to sit there and wait so long

I agree--at least bump it to 3 seconds. If not reevaluate it entirely.

I want to buy food in large quantities for the autum charity food donations but the five seconds rule discouraged me :P

joining the chorus here because this thread can't die. please, can the waiting time be removed or lowered? would this have too much of an impact on the site's functionality? 5 seconds is really annoying when you're binge questing.

Maybe if the timer can't be fully removed, it should only apply to buying items in one shop? i.e. you need to wait 5 seconds before you can purchase a second item in the same shop.

I'm assuming the purpose of the 5s timer was to prevent people from buying out a shop's stock the moment it refreshes, but it's had a side effect of making quests more annoying.

I support lowering it to 3 seconds but not removing it completely.

When I have a Gold Account, I stream Subeta quests on Twitch. The five second shop timer absolutely affects my rhythm when I stream. I find myself counting the wait time out in my head like I'm playing an instrument and timing my clicks accordingly.

That being said it doesn't affect me too much. I understand why the timer could be annoying for restockers. The wait time definitely makes my streams longer when I was doing those quests. I also understand that the timer is in place so that autorestocking bots aren't as effective, and I appreciate that.

If the wait time could be reduced to three seconds without affecting the ability to protect the site from auto-restocking bots, I think that would be the best solution. But I'm curious to see everyone's take and experiences with this.

I wholeheartedly agree with what's been said and I'd like to add my support to dropping the timer to 2.5 seconds or removing it completely.

Lowering the time may be smart, or making it so that it doesnt apply if you are buying for a quest. Either way, removing it outright would make it too easy for a bot to autobuy everything.

I support this so so much. Lower the timer or keep it for multiple purchases from the same shop (I like that option!). Please.
