If I understood correctly, the Ticket is available from February 17th - 26th. that was this 2-part research, Proto-Rumble. the Ticket activates itself as soon as the Hoenn Tour starts (it doesn't start in all Countries at the same Time.)

that was funny. used 50 Balls and golden Berries, 11 fabulous throws and only got the 3 Pokis from the Codes when I had hit no Berries and no worth and not even a Shiny 😢 I can really freaking out
