It would be nice if this was doable virtually for now. I hope it would be advertised/given notice a lot and maybe could even add more items to bag, or a new designed bag going forward. Staff artists already do impressive cash shop collections art.

I don't think there are enough funds to do that.

As someone who would never be comfortable with the RL meetups pre-pandemic, I'd definitely be in favour of virtual meetups (also then it would open it up to any country rather than just being the country / area a particular staff member lives in). (little disclaimer - I've been avoiding zoom and similar things as I feel equally as awkward joining a virtual 'room' as I do walking into a room of people in real life :P but I'd be willing to make it work even if it was just for a short while)

Especially given how spread out Subeta members are, a virtual meetup could be a great way for people to meet.

I'm sure there's free or low-cost options out there if the infrastructure for running a virtual meetup would be too much.

And really, all I think is needed to run a fun meetup is setting up the meeting, having some kind of moderation, and having some plan for how the meetup will go (chatting? games? Q&A). It'd be nice to unlock the achievement onsite too.

I'm a member of a postcard site called Postcrossing which has allowed members to do virtual meetups since the pandemic. So, there are definitely precedents and tips that can be taken from other places!

If this were to go forward, it'd be great if there could be a way for people to participate via video and chat. I know many (myself included) might not be comfortable sharing our faces in a meetup but might still be interested in participating.

literally this haha. i work a lot but would absolutely LOVE to attend a meet up, virtual or not (but i understand virtual would be MUCH easier to do just in general but especially in the current climate)
