Last time I was at a beach that might've had seagulls was the Gulf of Mexico when I was like, 2 or 3 so if it happened I wouldn't remember anyway. Going with never for this one.

That's a shame. But depending on the problems, some things could be managed with some planning. And if you notify the place where you want to go ahead of time, often they can be very helpful and accomodating.
