Hello! I am a new player, I cannot access wardrobe (loads forever-!) on new.subeta while I can on kumos, but it does not display at all on the legacy version of the site (primary/preferred). Could I have it reset? Thank you!!

Hello, also got a problem with the wardrobe. Is loading forever. As well as my avatar not showing at all. Also a new player who made his account yesterday. Dont know if thats a problem because of the site transition. Using Firefox 146.0.1 if that helps or if im doing something wrong.

. New player here, I would like to request a avatar reset. My avatar consistently changes to bodytype 2 whenever I put a new shirt on, despite having checked bodytype 1

soo i have just noice tht my avatar iis like this blue color im not too sure how.change it i use a macbook air and today to my wardrobe today soo i dont know if i still have a glitch in it bit im not too sure tho im tryed to take eveything off and put it back to see if it would fix itself and i gave it a few to see and it hasnt changed at all its the same color soo i need someee help please and thank you

Just remember guys! If you are having issues with your wardrobe and need a reset, you have to ping me because I only come to the board when someone pings me. If you don't, you'll be waiting until someone else pings (and I might miss your post).

You just have to use the @ symbol with the person's username!

Hi, could you please reset my avatar? Sorry to bother you. I'm new to the site, I was able to customize my avatar once. Added a thing or two, and after I saved the changes the avatar is now showing blank. The wardrobe only shows a loading animation and that's all.
I'm on MacOs, using Safari Version 26.2 Thank you!
