hi, the item isn't saving in my wardrobe. like i equip it and then it doesn't save so my HA is just bald :'D

Returning player/still new tbh and my avatar is all kinds of broken! The face and items float away

I just signed up a couple days ago and I finally figured out with help how to open the gift boxes, went to go to wardrobe and it's stuck on a loading screen not allowing me to do anything saying "Loading your avatar data..." Not sure what to do

Same issue here. is this something you can help with?

Hi! I'm a returning (after a few years) player, can't use my wardrobe at all, it won't load... Could you please reset my avatar? I also see from the comment above that I may lose my previous Wardrobe items... That's very unlucky... Can at least the items I bought today remain? I spent a lot of paid currency I still had on hands a few hours ago, and some of it were HA items...
