My T12 with less stats had the most luck with high AP to chain freeze and crit. He was able to bring in about 10 freezing scrolls, then crit using cronus to boost and uss for block/blessing activation

I'd also give it a run swapping out the Swashbuckle assuming your stacked up on shrieks. Your already getting 75 Wind block with those.

Tbf, that was the first time I beat him and it was a BQ haha Tried him as a challenger and actually got 5 wins on him, it's the double weapon block that's the killer

When he blocks my scrolls I get so mad.

Hoarfrost is tough. He has a couple of gimmicks that will beat even seasoned battlers if they don't have the right equipment. With the amount of AP you have, you can keep him frozen by investing in more shriek scrolls. If you're not doing enough damage with your weapons and not double blasting with recycle blaster and Soma tablets, you might just have to wait until your pet is much stronger to use a non ideal weapon set.
