I've been doing okay keeping busy mainly we had a really bad ice storm last weekend and a couple of my trees snapped in half and had a little damage to my shed roof but nothing to bad it could have been a lot worse ... But all in all things r going okay so far.. I'm still lost ... It's not going to be easy I know this but I need to get back to what feels normal if there is such a thing lol what is normal ... Not this crazy ass world

Oh, yes keeping warm in cold weather has its methods. Mine have taught my Chihuahuas to warm my bed before I turn to. I can hear their snoring atm.

Oddly sometimes I overheat, or feel that way even when bitterly cold.

Okay I am starting again to get to comments, Puppy interruptions, she is an energetic fire cracker.

oh she is being a handful right now, she woke up from her nap and she is full of energy. She jumped at the edge of the table, and knock down my lemonade. Oh puppies are so full of energy. Ronnie and Kate spent a few hours outside today, weather was warm enough during the day. They are good at sharing water, for now its a circus feeding with them. She gobbles her food, and run to get Ronnie's. So I have to supervise, only 5 months so I have to watch her. thanks I just keep thinking it could be worse, and I know what I have to do and avoid to make situation better. HUGS so glad you updated us, sending positive thoughts and energy in both your directions. I do lose track of thought, I am scatter brained sometimes. Gosh help if I am on my way to do something and someone stops me. If its important I set a timer, that way it doesnt get delayed. I watch the weather, and try to let them be out when its the warmest. We have plenty of toys in the house. His trying to teach her the ropes, but I can tell she will do things her way, LOL.

Oh same here, and its annoying. Some times it helps if I return to the spot I had the thought. Sometimes ask hubby, if I mention anything to him. One of my old dogs that passed 2 years on valentines day was the same way, did everything her way. We also had her brother, he had way to much patience sometimes, he just took things into his won paws and taught her a lesson. Once she annoyed him, he walked over and sat his 90 lbs bottom on her head until, she behaved.

Not sure how long the bonding is, hopefully not to long.

I'm starting to zone out more and think I need to sleep soon. Went to start some laundry.. random thought.. wondering if the dog I had growing up was trying to treat me like a puppy...? he would come over sometimes and get all in my face or sit Really close/on me. He was normally a Very laid back and chill dude.. i thought he just wanted belly rubs, but maybe... hmm... If i were a dog I don't think I'd sit on my siblings head no matter How annoying. They'd be like to bite my bottom.. lol ^_^'

The bonding I'm doing now is with a Baihu that I started the bonding with on the 9th. I currently have 17 more hours until I can bond again. (I'm keeping my events of it to try and see how long it takes.)

Surprising I havent gotten sleepy and start nodding off yet. Listening to a good book. Dogs are so sweet they treat you like your part of the pack, any dog I have had always act like I am their protector when they get scared. Fun accomplishment with my 2 siblings mates that passed, together that was 160 lbs of dog to protect from fireworks, thunder and lightning. Well Ringo was smart enough to sit on the side of her head, she was busy trying to claw him off her head. I laughed so hard. I had to put her down, she woke up on valentines day, and couldnt get up she was so dizzy (her eyes were moving side to side very fast). She had a stroke, so my last act of love was to put her down. If I could have her and her brother back on their first day with me, that would be wonderful. I got them at 4 months old.

Oh gosh thats long to bond, yikes that is to long.

Oof, good luck. Sometimes I have to separate the girls when one or the other is being a pill but thankfully moving one bowl across the room is all the supervising required. I hope establishing routine will fix it for you. Otherwise maybe a puzzle bowl for Kate?

Yeah, that dog I had growing up hated fireworks and thunder. He would go into the bathroom or under my parents bed (more space). I usually went and cuddled him with a blanket. The dog we have now Knows her princess status and demands to cuddle in our lap under a mountain of blankets during loud, scary times. lol We give protection and care and they give us cuddles and kisses when we need it (and sometimes when we wish they wouldn't.. aka those times you're pretty sure they ate something nasty...lol).
^_^' I am giggling at picturing those two squalling like that.

That's one of the hardest choices to make. But we know there's only one good answer sometimes.
I remember Pups (childhood dog) started having these lumps on him the last few years. He seemed to get to a point we were considering that choice, so dad started getting a plot in the yard for him ready. ...He seemed to see that plot and Know and started doing a lot better and more spry for another year. But he got to a point I could tell he was still there mentally, but his body was giving out on him. I was having to carry him to take him outside (90 lbs up and down stares.. woof.. don't think I could do that now..). I don't remember the date, but I remember it was a Wednesday.
....I still remember the day I got him. (the vet later said he was about seven years old, but I'm still not certain about that..if so, he lived to be 18 years.) I found him at a park and I KNEW he was mine. I was riding my bike and dad said 'don't look at him or he'll follow. If he wants to he'll come' or something like that. So, of Course I looked back. All the way home. :3
Our current pup was found at a park too. (starting to feel a pattern here...) She was about ...I want to say 4 or 5 weeks old ? (mom would know..) She was Way too young to be away from momma. Like she had Just stopped drinking milk. As a doxie though, she's had some trouble with her hips in recent years, so mom and I had had to start thinking of what her future will be. Currently though, she's just got some good news from her acupuncturist and she's walking a lot better! ^_^ (the acupuncture is actually what helped her to walk again the few times she's gone done in her back... there's a Reason I tried to convince them to do pet insurance... do people listen to the youngest? nooooo.... lol)

Yeah, I think maybe at Dara's it's like maybe the first time or two you have to wait over the course of days, but after that point you're deemed 'trustworthy' and have the option to buy them outright. I could be wrong, but I remember being able to buy them at one point.

Okay so, update. I started bonding with on the 9th. I Just got the option to buy him today. (I kept the event updates/ alerts to help keep track.) It took five days and I finally bought him for 10,000 sp. (Keep in mind this is after a Long period of me not trying to get a minion from here, and I'm suspicious that I just need to go through this process a couple times to 'show I'm good with minions' or something before he'll let me buy them outright for a bit higher price.) Hope this helps someone! :)

it's really frustrating, i visit the bathhouse every day, one of my daylies and delete the notification of the ping group afterwards, so i can always see if i was there. but again and again the visit is shown but probably not counted. yesterday everything was ok, today it shows day 2 u. when i create a ticket it says the system i forgot. is stupid, you can not do anything about it when admin says I'm wrong. I already enter every day at my pet what I got, because admina always wants to know the last 7 days, but what for ? although the things are not really great except the cash I wanted to see how far I get, but so that will never be what.

there was a token shop restock. not sure if you need any thing but it has lots of items. as of 6.05pm central time

- I am so sorry. I certainly feel for you. That happened to me a couple weeks ago ... I was positive I didn't miss a day but it reset back to Day 1. :( Luckily a while back I received the achievement so other than the frustration it wasn't a big deal. Still frustrating though!

Well now for some more bad news 😭 yesterday my son Damien 26 years old handsome young man went off the road yesterday missing a deer and ended up slamming his car into a tree at about 60-70 mph he is ok his airbags deployed and saved his life he is a lot sore but okay he tore the tendon in his foot and his chest hurts from the airbag hitting him but his car is totaled...

And then just about 2 hours ago we get a phone call from the hospital up in Chicago and they tell my wife that her sister was found unresponsive and has passed away this is her older sister ...

So now I don't know what to do I'm fricken messed up about this whole situation I just want to pull my hair out if I had any to pull out not bald just keep my head shaved ...
