I am not a clothes horse, its why I have room for my hobbies and my dog. LOL I wish, I live in man land, in another words no daughters just sons and hubby.

That is my dream closet! Sigh.... I would keep it stocked, for sure! :D I don't like buying clothes, so I keep ALL the ones I have. Like right now I am wearing clothes I had put in the repair pile some years ago to enlarge but now no longer need to let out the seams... woohoo! Maybe I would use the space to have a place to play music,, but I hang out mostly in the living room (I have a sewing/overnight guest room right opposite it); easy access for the families that live with us. Too afraid if I hid no one would look for me! 😆

Hi peoples :) I am catching up on you all talking about your special places in the house. Mine has become my craft room...which is in the garage. It is a 10 x 10 space that if you were inside it you wouldn't know you were in a garage...it is all finished off and has a window...and it is the one space that no one touches but me...so I can choose any color or any silly decor...it is a little haven. sometimes I go in there to putter and arrange things and no crafting happens...I just like being in there.

- the walk in closet for a get-a-way space sounds nice...this house has two really good sized closets that would be good for that but too much stuff in there :P

lucky you..your own studio! I HAD an extra befroom to make into a peacesful room for me and my birdie to fly around in .,,BUT NOOOOO Anna(ahna) turned it into her studio. She has an Etsy studio jewelry and boot pulls mostly now..but has aprons and mini phone and regular seasonal totes.

Sooooo i have no little room of just mine. The house is kinda open concept so no little den i could snag. AANND i totally forgot to go through my closet like i said yesterday..Hubby stayed home so we did yard and houesework together,

Hello all.So nice to have nicer weather.It's -6C daytime and at night it's -14C...much better than the -50C we were having.The wind was terrible cold.I had trouble sleeping hoping the furnace would stay working and that the power would stay on.Now the dog and i can run around in the backyard for a while.She's gained all her weight back from her emergency surgery.I almost lost her.She is back to running and playing like a pup should.I'm officially an old geezer too.Hit 65 still feel like 30 just slower. LOL

I still say brr are you competing with my sis in Montana for temperatures. They had some much snow it knocked down neighbor's elm on her favorite maple. She will probably get some kind of furniture out of it, I hope she remembers me and asks for a rocking chair or bench. So good to hear your dog has gained weight and make to her sassy self. Go by your mental age, physical isnt important. My neighbor is 80, and he works hard every day out side. Cuts his own wood for his fire place, hauls things off to the dump. I want his truck from the 80-90s somewhere in there.

DAMN i forget that feeling thank God! in Wisconsin it got that cold and now 60 feels icy to me!! Isn't it a miracle in perceverance that you looked for the right vet and MADE your beloved pup LIVE!!! ..lovely to see you here again!! AND i envy your room..lately i am ointo pink prange and light green it is do cheerful but i can t change my whole room to it..if i had a hideaway clost it woldsure be bright!! ..i still love all my clothes but minimal sounds nice but i LOVVVEEE looking for what will i wear today. - glad your furry friend is doing well :) I was going to get a dog...and I still might but my daughter talked me into a kitten...so far it is filling the furry friend need but she is a little crazy.

Yes that's right my Birthday was Oct so kind of you all and thank you.I've got about 2 feet of snow in the backyard so we did get a good amount so far.Still have a couple more months to go too.Lacey loves it.All 65 pounds of dog LOL. I'm not that far from Montana and we do have a lot of the same kind of weather.Farmers need the moisture so i won't complain about the snow.I wonder what it would be like to move to a nice warm place.

Spring and fall here are best for warm, but not to much. Summer here is over 100F most days your sweating your hinny off, no break from heat day after day. Bottle it and ship it to us, desert area can always use rain.

oddly enough iuts been raing here all the time lately too..Benny and i get pretty wet on our walks between the harder rains!! We look drippy!
