Was just eating, but now I am back to seeing if there are any non-seasonal books I am missing that I wanna buy. So many of the ones I am missing are either very expensive seasonal (freyalise, Melody mostly), or collection items. A couple others here and there.
Ugh, I hope it starts improving more quickly !
Thanks, I hope so too. He's super frustrated by it :(
How've you been? Up to anything fun?
no worries. I know how it goes. Sounds like a bit of a break for you. been crazy busy with shopping for the month but otherwise no.
books are so expensive.
It's goin' here. Kinda testing out a pin making idea but after looking at others stuff it just looks silly. XD
Everything is. It's very annoying. I want books to read, I want games to play, I want to create some stuff but I need so much money.
Sorry there's been so much shopping to do! I have today off which is nice but I'm very tired.
Why does it look silly?
Click It's just pretty simple. To make it look better I'd need to do the actual cutout in the wood; which I don't think I can do without a laser cutter.
amen to that -sighs- It's hard just to buy food right now :/
thanks. I have to spend ages online shopping so we get the best price, then pick up and put away then reorder we thigns are out. It's exhausting. yay for a day off
I don't think it looks silly at all. But yeah, having a laser cutter would make a difference in terms of what you're able to do on it.
That does sound really exhausting, but it's good you're able to do that to save some money hugs
Yup. Watching the prices go up in real time is wild. Something I usually get went up five bucks in a week.
Alas, a laser cutter is a good 500+
Yeah, they're crazy expensive
yeah right now we are struggling just to get food o.0. the inflation is killing us and there's nothing much left to cut.
-ugh- I hope this ends soon. It's awful.
It's really rough - everything costs nearly double what it used to. We're in the same boat.
-nods- I hope the inflation starts going back down. -sigh-
I hope so too ❤️
Not much - still dealing with the withdrawal from the meds and the heat wave happening here and working. I did get a raise though! My bosses decided to give me a $2/hour raise and I was totally surprised. It's not a lot more but it's helpful.
How're things going for you?
Yay for the raise :D Not much here either. Working on building stamina mostly. 5 months mostly on bed rest takes its toll on how much you can do. I do have to send my NEW shoes back too, which is annoying. The trade is coming off in one part. Not cool when they are $150 special shoes. But at least it shouldn't take long to re order them
I can definitely sympathize with having to work to rebuild stamina and how exhausting it is for your body and brain. And I'm sorry you have to send the shoes back! I'm glad they're going to turn around and fix them quick but that is definitely not how you want to have them behave when they're so new =/
