There’s this YouTube video my dad was telling me about and it’s called the two minute rule. You just start doing anything for just two minutes a day to just ease into the habit of doing things.

So if you want to get better at yoga for an example, even just taking the two minutes to get a yoga mat out and sit on it is a start. And like maybe the next day, you get out the mat and look up a couple poses.

ive heard of smth similar 4 chores (but longer tho, like do everything u can in 30 mins then take a break, etc), thats a rly good idea! i always just try 2 throw myself full force into things adn then im like this suuuuucks its haaaaard and give up. or i feel like i dnt have the time, but two minutes is very doable

Yeah. If you can’t do full force into things, do it little by little.

But like.. def try and get some sort of movement in bc if you can feel your muscles atrophying that’s really not good

it used 2 not b super bad here, but in the last couple yrs my neighborhood has gone 2 shit. ppl breakin into cars, shootings, the works. and when u have news stories like "Woman Rushes Out Of House, Attacks Random Passerby With Ax" it rly makes u not wanna leave ur bubble djghdskgfjh
