Lol, I guess that isn't a bad strat. My main is beefy enough that even the T9 set works fine. Might have to switch it up if Biting Cake becomes a thing of something. But not too shabby.

They really like leaving these monthly challengers until late, don't they? I hope this means there's less time between them just like last month so I'll find out if the next victim is alright sooner rather than later. I'm still worried about who it will be and how badly they'll be affected, it seems like preparing for it isn't a good idea. I wonder if any NPCs have actually been anxious over this.

Wow, gongrats!

Been a while since I've been here. I've finally figured out a large part of my lack of motivation for Subeta these days - I have too many pets for my dedication level, 43 is just too much. Too many similar characters and too much hypothetical future training has made me not want to work on any of them, and some I just have because I like the art. So I'm doing an overhaul and a big downsize, going to adopt out probably 20 or so. I think simplifying everything will help bring me back to fully engaging with the site.

Almost everyone is tier 5, so if anyone here would like a new pet or twelve, hit me up.

You seem to have a ton of really old T5s you might want to consider keeping. Maybe there's a way with custom CSS to just kind of hide some of your pets so they're out of sight and out of mind while you consider which to adopt out.

I'm not that bothered about pet age, honestly, if people just want to adopt for low IDs that's fine with me.

My set: Volatile Energized Mecha Maniacal Essence Soma Tablets Recycle Blaster Swashbuckle Phoenix Quill Reviver of the Lion Shinwas Temple Shard

Soma and RBlaster barely do anything, most of the heavy lifting is from ME and Swash. I use the PQuill and RotL to buy time, likewise with the STS. My scrolls are primarily blockers and an infinite Aftershocks.

He's got this very nasty curse that only lets you use one weapon at a time- I have to use the healers during that section when I've been down a weapon too long. He can't be frozen, fyi. He also has a ton of super-healers that'll bring him up by 30k. You can't blast them, so just try to survive through them.

: Also remember using OHS and MW as main weapons against Kain. Soma, RB blaster, pquill, rotl, mech. I don't remember the 8th. Can't at all remember scrolls I used. Apos is high T12 though and has managed 3 wins so far. I imagine you should be able to finish him up a lot easier than Lukien.

Congrats on your wins!!! Lukien has some great loot at win 5, but beyond that is mainly if you want to suffer. You get exp for the first 10, like normal. But there are no tomes at 10 or beyond.
